Requirements
Mentor students in graphic design and visual communication.
Teach practical graphic design concepts and professional workflows.
Guide learners in typography, color theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
Provide guidance on branding, social media designs, marketing creatives, and digital graphics.
Teach and demonstrate relevant design tools and software.
Review student assignments and provide actionable feedback.

Skills We Are Looking For
Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
Practical experience in professional graphic design.
Good understanding of typography, color, composition, and branding.
Experience with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar design software.
Ability to explain complex design concepts in a simple way.
Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Previous teaching, mentoring, coaching, or training experience.
Experience creating branding, social media, marketing, UI graphics, or other digital design assets.
Familiarity with current design trends and AI-assisted creative tools.
